Middle Earth. The land that birthed modern fantasy. Elves, dwarves, men, and hobbits are involved in the Ur-struggle against the forces of darkness. Lord of the Rings: Online is an MMO that puts you into this world to join the fight that takes place around The Fellowship during the final War of the Ring and the dawn of The Fourth Age: The Age of Man.
I will be exploring this game from time to time. It's a huge game, one of the more vast and deep MMOs out there. As usual, I will primarily play a bard, or a minstrel in this case, as I try to go from the Shire to Barad-dur.
That is, if I don't get interrupted by a pint of 1420 during Second Breakfast.
